At likofy.com, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, since we deal with digital products (Social Media Marketing, game top-ups, digital gift cards, and vouchers), our refund rules are specific and limited.

Refunds not applicable for these reasons. 

  • Delivered Digital Goods :  Once a Digital Service, Digital Card or Gift Card is successfully delivered by our team, no refund is possible under any circumstances.
  • incorrect information details :  If goods are delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information details provided by the customer, we are not responsible, and no refund will be issued. Likofy.com is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect information. 
  • Bonus top-up : Bonus top-up is given by the game authority, so, no refunds will be given if the bonus top-up is not credited to your account.

5% service fee (Likofy charge) refund .

If the customer refuses or fails to take delivery due to ordering using incorrect information or due to the customer’s own problems after ordering, then we will refund the remaining amount after deducting a 5% service fee (Likofy charge).

Full Refunds applicable for these reasons. 

  • Undelivered Orders :  If we cannot deliver your product within the promised timeframe, we will issue a full refund of the amount you paid while ordering.
  • Duplicate or Failed Transactions :  In case of duplicate payment or failed order where the product was not delivered, we will process a full refund to the customer
